A Bit About Me
Being part of a woman’s self care is a holy role for me.
For 28 years, I have worked as an aesthetician in southwest Calgary, offering tenderness and care to the inspiring women I am lucky to call my clients. I am also a Menstruality Mentor, and received my training through the Red School’s Menstruality Leadership Programme.
Whether it’s solving skin concerns, choosing that perfect nail colour, framing the face with properly shaped eyebrows, lifting and tinting eyelashes to make the eyes sparkle, or removing every unwanted hair from anywhere!
These thrills fill my day with joy and I have loved my work since day one.

Menstruality Coaching
Menstruality coaching
For those who are seeking support through the practice of working with the rhythm of their unique cycle.
We begin with a cycle (menstrual or moon) check-in and set a target for the session. Then, we tap into Menstruality teachings and your own inner wisdom to dive into your experiences. Together, we are able to complete the session with clarity and direction, and finish off with a delicate movement exercise.
Menarche Coaching
For those new to bleeding or anticipating their first bleed.
This is a guided introduction to what the cycle is all about and how to use it to thrive. We will set up a safe and sacred space to engage in deep listening to you and your own unique cycle.
commitment & COSTS
In order to fully explore each season of your cycle, I suggest a commitment of at least four (4) sessions.
Menstruality teachings are every woman’s birthright, and I invite you to pay what you can based on your own personal intuition, needs, or any social or financial barriers you may face. Whatever you choose, you will receive the same level of care, commitment and access to the teachings and support.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle energetic practice that can be hands on or off. As a master level Reiki practitioner, I act as a conduit for healing life force energy. Our session will clear chakras and balance the masculine and feminine energies within your body.

Fitness
Tap into your power and renew your health with our fitness services by Coach René "Frenchy" Grenon.
Originally from Quebec, Coach Frenchy has co-owned two successful fight/fitness gyms for 5 years each — Calgary Fight Club and Independent Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness.
He was the main coach for two female world kickboxing champions and countless Jujitsu medalists and MMA champions.
His passion is empowering women through self defence and fitness, and he has been doing so since 1994.
